We will then combine those ideas into a creative solution that is functional, visually pleasing and lifestyle suiting. Kitchen layouts, colours, door style, hinges, design elements such as countertops & timeframe will be discussed. This design consultation is unique to you. Once our initial consultation is complete, we will schedule a time to review and discuss your plans. At this time, you will peruse options for your finishes including door profiles, hardware, lighting, countertops, appliances etc. Capturing all the details at this stage enables us to refine the final design and cost your project accurately.
Together we will review the project drawings including floor plans and elevations to be sure that it meets your expectations as inspired by our initial consultation.
Once you have approved the final design, a sales agreement will be presented to you for signing. The agreement will outline your project in detail; including finishes, materials, hardware, accessories, and services as well as terms of payment.
If amendments are requested post commencement of your project, you will be required to sign a contract variation and provide full payment equal to the amount of the changes at that time.
We will now begin the manufacturing process. The timeframe will depend on the finish you choose, we will discuss and agree on the manufacturing timelines and schedule your installation.
Whilst manufacturing is underway, it’s time to prepare the site. You have the option to organise your own trades, or we can do that for you. We offer rip out services, plumbers, electricians, and plasterers ready for installation.
Once installation is completed to exacting standards, we will walk through together to ensure that you are happy with the final result. This will include a checklist so that you can be sure that everything is complete, and you are 100% satisfied.
